Project Details
A 210,000 square foot mixed-use development consisting of 200 residential units with 60,000 SF office and retail space. The massing and design was intended to blur the line between the outdoors and indoors through site planning, sculpting the architecture around outdoor rooms and façade decoration. Green space, which is often a luxury for district residences, takes on various forms such as a playground for children, a meditation garden, educational vegetable gardens as well as planting areas that act solely as a visual resource. Retail and office space round out the development and activate a commercial street front and provide a visual gateway to the green space and private functions beyond.
