The Capitol Vista project was a partnership with Vista Development Partners, Argos Group and Potomac Investment Properties to develop a mixed-use concept along New Jersey Avenue and H Street. The goal of the project was to develop the first Net Zero capable building in the District of Columbia. The property would have included multi-family mixed income, affordable housing and over 3,000 square feet of commercial space.
