This 4 story multi-family structure is located in the Adams Morgan neighborhood. The front façade is designed to be in harmony with the existing urban fabric by the use of traditional massing, materials, windows and details. However, as the building opens up along the length of the side and in the rear, the façade becomes more contemporary in its massing and materials. A push-pull of the side façade allows for the creation of outdoor space in the form of private balconies. Double height spaces and large windows bring natural light into the units. An open floor plan increases the living space.
